I am currently the Creative Manager and graphic designer at Phone2Action in Rosslyn, Virginia. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
I specialize in print and digital design, with experience in creating digital ads, promotional materials, infographics, and more.
My work has been featured in POLITICO Influence, outside the Capitol One Arena in Washington D.C., and I have been interviewed for a Marymount Spotlight.
Graphic design is one of the biggest elements of my life—I've been exploring the elements of graphic design even before I knew what graphic design was.
During my senior year of high school, I discovered my passion had a name & a field, & decided to pursue my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. There I honed my skills & learned typography (one of my favorite elements of design), layout, deadlines, & more.
In my final year at Marymount, I completed my senior Honors thesis on the prevention of teen pregnancy through increased parental involvement, with a focus on the DC area. This included a written research paper and a social marketing campaign. This project incorporates my love of marketing, research & information design.
Shortly before my graduation, I was hired as a full time Graphic Designer for the Retail & Restaurant Division at Thompson Hospitality, where I designed and produced marketing & promotional materials for both web & print, restaurant menus & help manage social media & marketing strategies.
From there I joined an agency—mdg (Marketing Design Group) as they opened their new Reston, Virginia, office. As part of a four person design team, I worked with a variety of clients to develop creative and effective design solutions. I created print and web materials for the National Association of School Principals (NASSP), the National Association of Student Councils (NASC), the National Honor Societies (NHS, NJHS, and NEHS), the Association of Women in Events, CTIA, the International Baking Industry Exposition, and more.

In 2016, I joined the team at Phone2Action as their first graphic designer, a digital advocacy technology company based in Rosslyn, Virginia. In my first year with the company, I led the rebranding effort and brand strategy development, and continue to create event and marketing materials of all types, produce videos, create infographics and digital ads, and manage all things creative and brand.
